I am hella late, but this shit GOES HARD. It’s like perfection. Deconstructionalist hip hop. How do you examine the state of hip hop while also playing up the best and the worst of the genre and the lifestyle? This is thoughtful and fun and pointed yet, sonically, it’s hip hop at it’s very finest: sampling, rolling dirty sound bass, recycling catch phrases and flows.
